Minimum Stay

During weekends. school holidays, public holidays & other peak periods, a minimum stay may apply.

No Party, Cancellation & Pet Policy

Getaways has a strict no party policy. The cabins & grounds are for paying guests only, pets are not permitted.

If cancelled more than 14 days prior to check in 100% refund minus bank fees

If cancelled within 14 days of checkin 50% refund minus bank fees

No shows/cancelled within 48 hours of check in day - no refund

*if you booked via an OTA the cancellation policy may differ

Gift Vouchers

Getaways offer gift vouchers, hard and electronic copies available - minimum $185. Alternatively, call us to have a Romance or Celebration Package added to your (or a loved one’s) stay - 48 hours notice required.

Firewood

Firewood is not provided, it is available for purchase from the Byfield & Farnborough Stores.
